We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make the refund process as smooth and straightforward as possible. 1. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

1.1. Tour Packages

  • Cancellation Before Departure:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.

    • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the departure date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.

    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date are non-refundable.

1.2. Accommodation

  • Cancellation Before Check-In:

    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.

    • Cancellations made 7-13 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.

1.3. Flights

  • Refunds for flights are subject to the airline's refund policies. We will assist in processing the refund as per the airline's terms and conditions.

  • Provide Details: Include your booking reference number, full name, and reason for cancellation in your request.

2.2. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

3. Non-Refundable Items
  • Non-refundable deposits and fees, such as booking fees or service charges, are not eligible for refunds.

  • Certain special promotions or discounted packages may be non-refundable; this will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

4. Changes and Modifications
  • If you need to make changes to your booking, such as changing dates or accommodations, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply based on the type of modification and the proximity to the travel date.

5. Travel Insurance
  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation or alteration of your travel plans. Travel insurance policies vary, so please review your policy carefully for coverage details.
